THE APPLICATION IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. SPACEGN, MB DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE APPLICATION WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR VIRUS-FREE. SPACEGN, MB DOES NOT MAKE ANY WARRANTIES REGARDING THE ACCURACY, RELIABILITY, OR COMPLETENESS OF ANY CONTENT OR INFORMATION CONTAINED IN THE APPLICATION.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SPACEGN, MB SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE, OR SPECIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE APPLICATION, EVEN IF SPACEGN, MB HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

SpaceGN, MB may terminate your access to the Application at any time, for any reason, without notice.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Lithuania, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and SpaceGN, MB with respect to the Application and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications, representations, or agreements, whether oral or written.
